Overview

Table tennis is a sport wherein two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth using rackets across a table, which is divided by a net. Save for the initial serve, players must allow the ball to bounce only once in their side of the table and must return it so it bounces on the opposite side. A point will be awarded to the opponent if a player was not able to return the ball within the rules.
